There had been many inquiries and some clients who are scrambling to move their event dates due to COVID-19.
Cancellation Policy Update:
Koolpicx Toronto Photo Booth standard policy is that the advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, based on the potential impact of this outbreak on clients and for the safety of all concerned, we have changed our policy to allow clients to re-schedule events (subject to our availability) without losing their deposit. If you decide to move your event date, please let us know asap so that we work with you to reschedule your event.
